I’ve been putting it off for quite some time now but I have to bite the bullet and crack down again on the no carbs. =( I’ve been to a ton of events lately and had a ton of great food and good times and it has definitely taken its toll. This is what happens when you throw caution to the wind people.
In my last post (Day 153 – Waiting for the Wii Fit to Change It’s Mind) I was a mere 188. Thank GOD I caught it before I teetered back over 200lbs! I am assuming that I put all 3.7 lbs on last night when I attended the “Taste of the Nation” charity event here in Orlando. All the food and beverages (beer) I could consume = a big weight gain.
I’m about to hop on a plane next week for my 1st trip to Disneyland in California and I need to make sure that I get these extra pounds off before then. I also have my 1st 1/2 Marathon on October 1st which I need to get the weight off for as well….to much stress on my joints when I am this heavy.
