Day 221 – Doing It is Easy, Making the Decision to Do it is Hard

I was just sitting here thinking about how easy it is to lose weight.  It’s basic chemistry.  Put the right stuff in and the right stuff will come off.  Put the wrong stuff in and, well, you get my drift.

It’s the deciding that’s hard.  Are you on the fence about dieting?  Have you been thinking that you’d like to lose weight?  I’ve talked to some people who say…oh…I could never go without sugar or carbs.  I just  couldn’t do that!  If you have that same negative, false, speak in your own mind do me a favor.  Replace the word “couldn’t” with the word “won’t”. See how ridiculous that sounds?  Truth is, you can do it!  You are equipped with the same “free will” as I am.  You just have to make the decision.  The follow through gets super easy when you see the pounds come off as fast as they do with this diet and your smaller self will look and feel amazing!

NOTHING is more motivational than that!  Almost 6 pounds of weight off in 24 hours.

Lunch was a repeat of the day before. Coffee with sugar-free creamer, turkey lunch meat and cilantro-lime slaw salad.

For dinner I put on a pot of bean-less Cincinnati Chili. I had a bowl of live alfalfa sprouts and then topped them with the hot chili, cheese and onion.  The sprouts wilted so when I had the 2nd bowl I put the sprouts on top. Technically I wasn’t supposed to have the onions cause they have sugar but what’s chili without onions?
