At last I left you I had taken off a whopping -2.4lbs in one day. Never fear…I corrected myself by filling up my hollow leg with Mexican food and Sonic. This was dinner
and then this was my weigh in the next day. Kinda weird that it was the “exact” same amount of weight. Hence the wooden leg theory =)
For lunch I had some left over green beans and a baked potato. I quartered the tater and sauteed it with some onion in butter.
We were headed out that night to hook up with some friends at the Magic Kingdom so we pulled through McDonalds for a quick bite. I got a Southern Style Chicken Sandwich with cheese and actually ate the bun this time. Mmmm….bunz!
We traipsed around the Magic Kingdom for about four hours so I got a good workout in. Speaking of which, I need to get back into my Marathon training. I also dipped into the Main Street Confectionery for a sack of cotton candy. I still have some left.

Lunch was Sonny’s. I had the guts of three pieces of garlic bread, cole slaw, pulled beef brisket and an unsweet icedtea.
For dinner last night I met a girlfriend at BJ’s Brewhouse for a 4-hour-dinner that consisted of a meatball mini pizza and three beers. I didn’t get a shot of the beers, but here’s the pizza…

I had some dry cereal for breakfast.
It’s now 2pm and I am hungry. Might have to go foraging. =) Here’s a photo from last night. Please excuse the laundry on the floor. My husband sorts it into piles and then off it goes….
