Writing this post is going to be tricky. I’m going to keep it short and sweet cause I’ve been fighting a migraine for the past 10 hours straight with no relief in sight…so remind me again….why am I doing this?
I think I have lost every drop of liquid in my bones. That’s 3.3 pounds off my frame. This is a bigger loss on my 2nd diet day than Day 2 of the start of this blog. Fingers still crossed that no-carbs works again for the 2nd time!
Last night I did have some dinner. My husband and daughter had lady luck on their side and came home from their offshore fishing trip with some mahi mahi for mommy. I had a small piece sauteed in butter with lemon pepper.
This morning when I got up I went back to my old standard…bacon.
For lunch I chopped up some cilantro and topped it with avocado and some ranch dip from the veggie tray. My protein was a piece of ham steak.
After I laid in bed for the majority of the day, my dear sweet husband made me a cheeseburger and squash. I dressed my burger with mayo and pickles and paired it with a water.
