So every woman gets a once a month pass on this diet weight-loss program. Sorry men you are out of luck and I am keeping it real. Women are the only ones with this curse if you catch my drift. Which will explain this MASSIVE bloat water weight gain. I shall say no more about this.
Husband wanted me to take the measurement again after he saw this on the wii fit. I had to explain to him why I was so swollen. Then he shut up.
My belly is so distended I feel like Seuss’s “Hop on Pop”…for realz!
So today is Sunday, which means its the last day for this cheat I’ve been doing. We went to Sonny’s BBQ for lunch. Husband and I split a fried okra appetizer with ranch. This is what was left of it when I remembered to take a picture.
For my entree I got the pulled beef brisket with cole slaw. It came with another side so I got more cole slaw to go. I ate half the meat, most of the slaw and the innards from both of the pieces of garlic bread on my plate. No crusts. Later on that day I ate the other cole slaw and the rest of the meat.
Still no exercise for me today…this makes two days in a row. But I’m getting back on the 5K plan and hard core diet tomorrow. =(
For dinner we fried some chicken, zucchini slices and yellow squash slices. I know it doesn’t look very appetizing but it really was. I made some of the low-carb sour cream ranch dip to dip my fried goodies into.
