I’m officially changing the saying “Winners Never Cheat and Cheaters Never Win” to “Cheaters Never Lose and Losers Never Cheat”. I set certain parameters for myself and when I decided to stray outside of those parameters I suffered the wrath of wii man!
That’s almost a 2.5 pound weight gain in two days. The only forbidden things that I had in the past two days were an apple, a banana, and some beans. Good carbs and natural sugar and look where it got me. Back to the Hell diet again…
I jumped on the treadmill for a half hour and power walked and then ate the last of the stew meat that I had left over.
I was so damn mad that my weight had rebounded! I almost wish I had eaten an entire cake! I probably would have gained less weight loading up on bad carbs. That could have been a beer or some cookies and milk. >;o( The only thing I can do is to go back to what I know and what I know is to shovel down the meat and veggies that make me almost gag and see if I can get these newly added pounds back off. This also gave me a glimpse into what could happen to me after the diet ends and I am at my goal weight. If I incorporate good carbs and keep my portion sizes down will I still gain the weight back? This is an interesting experiment to say the least.
For dinner I had some ham and some collard greens.
When $h!t like this happens I have to look back and see how far I have truly come. I have made some progress that most people can’t ever make and I still can see the change in the way my body looks so I am going to try and stay positive.
